While I agree it is really important to stop Harper from ever getting a moajority I would not be happy with a Liberal majority either considering their past record of voting with the Conservatives. The Liberals were the ones that initally started the SPP talks which were carried on by the Conservatives. The SPP was only the foot in the door for the NAU and recent security agreement signed by Harper. Even after the election we all have to continue to hound the elected MP's to do their job representing US, not big corportions and banks. We have to continue to encourage Canadians to educate themsleves on the issues and take an ever increasingly active role to restore democracy to the point where we can actually determine the direction this country takes.

While individual members may have preferred electoral outcomes and public policy directions, we agree to disagree on most of that and focus on a few ridings where we can make a difference in stopping the governing Conservatives. A Liberal majority does not appear in the cards for them anymore. Perhaps they will take a closer look at democratizing the voting system in the future? Totally agree with the last two sentences although Catch 22 will wrap up after the election and everyone return to focus on their specific areas of interest.
