Ottawa Orleans, are you doing walk abouts in the Place D'Orleans with yellow Catch 22 Tshirts like Ottawa West Nepean. This is the most effective thing and gets press coverage. You wear the shirts and walk around in groups in the mall or stores and people come up and talk to you and volunteer.
