The Lone NDP Riding In Alberta

The lone non Conservative from Alberta, Linda Duncan, from Edmonton—Strathcona will experience tremendous pressure from the theo-cons in the next election to regain this seat. She won the election by only 442 votes against Rahim Jaffer. This may not be identified as a Catch22 riding however it should be prioritized as a possible seat that could be lost to the Conservatives. In addition to retain this riding as non Conservative holds a certain psychological edge that theo-con fortress Alberta…See More

Personal Commitment.

Good morning Ladies and gentlemen of the Ottawa West Catch22 group. even though I am not in the Ottawa West  I would really like to support this group in trying to defeat  John Baird. I will pledge my time and $300 during the next election for pamplets to be distributed in the riding. Ideally since the typical Con voter is older, 65+, I would like to target those neighbourhoods where older individuals live. See More

Larry and Tracy,

We haven't seen the flyer material yet to comment on. Am I missing something here? if so, point me in the right direction please.  we need to get together again as we discussed at the last meeting to build the buzz, add more people, deal with the T-shirts, look at the schedule that we've proposed/developed and have those who want to engage further sign up.

Francis, your idea of the business cards with the polling data is an excellent one. If we have the people power, we can distribute widely. If not, as we engage people in public spaces, we can hand them out. I'm prepared to work with you on this concept.
