Tips for new members

Important: Please take a moment to read this note as it contains important information about our site, your account settings and your privacy.

Groups and Forums

Each targeted riding has its own group (see "Groups" tab on top menu) and riding profile. Each group also has a discussion forum. Please join one or more riding groups to participate.

The site's "main" page has a general discussion forum (see "Forum" tab) which let’s us talk about the national campaign, the political shenanigans in Ottawa, and anything else that might come up.

E-mail Notifications

By default, Ning sends you email notifications for just about everything so we suggest you adjust your email notification settings. To receive important messages from the Catch 22 Campaign, please keep the following items selected:

* A message from Catch 22 Harper Conservatives Campaign;

* A message from one of my groups;

* A message from one of my events;

* An event invitation.

Privacy

Our site operates on the Ning social networking platform. Please see Ning's privacy policy and the Catch 22 privacy statement for details about how your personal information is handled.

To control access to your profile, check your privacy settings and profile settings. The Ning platform sets new members' privacy levels as "open" to the public. Those who search for you with Google or Yahoo will see the contents of your page. You can restrict access to just members of our social network or even further to only those you "friend" on the site.

To be successful, we need to grow. Please invite people to join the Catch 22 campaign.

Donate

Donations can be made using Paypal or by cheque. A $22 donation can help us reach 200 voters.
