You raise some food for thought Freda. There is an "Exec Summary" but the language may be similar. I'll pass your comments along to Stuart. As for 2015, that's still pretty far off. Putting aside our wishful thinking about the opposition parties co-operating (which is the most effective way for "strategic voting" to work), we learned (or re-learned) that voters and many activists don't pay much attention until the election is called. Reaching the "critical level" is very expensive. And until all the opposition parties have leaders I think it's too early to have the strategic voting discussion that go beyond assessing what we learned with the Catch 22 campaign.

Well worth the read, but would appreciate a scaled down version with shorter sentences to make it more digestible for us simple folks. I hope the centre/left parties pay attention.

My initial reaction was to note all the apparent road blocks to party cooperation. If the push to get the parties to cooperate doesn't have any results sometime soon, maybe it would be a good idea for organizations like Catch 22, Project Democracy and Leadnow to form a united front to begin working again toward a strategic voting campaign for 2015. Maybe there just needs to be critical level of effort to reach a critical mass of voters.
