Creator") created the Catch 22 website ("our site") on a social
networking platform operated by Ning, Inc. ("Ning"). Your account
with Ning and your activity on our site are governed by Ning's
terms of service and

This Catch 22 Privacy Statement explains how the Network Creator and any administrator designated by the Network Creator ("we", "us", "our") may collect, use and disclose your personal information that (a) Ning provides to us, and (b) you voluntarily choose to provide to us.
Collection
a) Ning Member Data
"Ning Member Data" is data collected by Ning and includes required information you provide to join Ning (i.e. your name, birthdate, email address, and password) and optional information you choose to provide on your profile page (e.g. your gender, location, country, and photo).
Ning discloses your Ning Member Data (except password) to us, and this information can be accessed by the Network Creator and designated administrators in our site's management settings.
Certain Ning Member Data may also be displayed on your "My Page" personal profile page and viewable by other members. You can control which information is displayed on your profile (see "Your Choices" below).
b) Network Member Data
"Network Member Data" is additional personal information that you voluntarily choose to provide to us, including your answers to profile questions (e.g. your electoral district, phone number, and postal code).
Note that any information you provide to us on our site you also share with Ning. See Ning's terms of service and privacy policy for details of our relationship with Ning and how Ning handles your personal information.
Your electoral district is displayed on your profile page, and may be viewed by "your friends" or "all members" according to your privacy settings (see "Your Choices" below).
Your phone number and postal code are designated as "private" and are viewable on your profile page only by you, the Network Creator and designated admininstrators.
You can access and edit certain Network Member Data in your profile settings (see "Your Choices" below).
c) Donations
We use PayPal for donation services. When you donate, PayPal provides us with your name, email address and contact information. We do not collect you credit card or banking information.
Use
We use your personal information for organising and communicating with you about the Catch 22 campaign.
We may use your electoral district (riding) and postal code to determine your location and contact you about campaign activities and volunteer opportunities in your area.
We will not use your birthdate in a manner that identifies you. If your birthdate is used by us, it will be used in the aggregate for statistical purposes only.
Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except as outlined on this statement.
We may share your personal information with third party application developers and providers so that they may provide services to us consistent with this statement and our site.
Contacting You
We may provide your contact information (name, email address, phone number, riding and postal code) to riding co-ordinators and group moderators so they can contact you about campaign activities and volunteer opportunities in your area.
If you do not wish to be contacted by phone about the Catch 22 campaign, please do not provide us with your phone number (if you have already done so, please remove your phone number from your profile settings and contact us to let us know of your choice so we can update our records).
The Catch 22 campaign co-ordinator, riding co-ordinators, designated administrators, and group moderators may contact you by email about the Catch 22 campaign. If you do not wish to receive these messages, please set your email notifications accordingly.
The Catch 22 campaign co-ordinator, designated administrators, and members that you have added as "friends", may also contact you by internal personal message.
Your Choices
You may choose whether your personal information is viewable by the general public and other members of our site.
In your profile settings, you can access and edit your Ning Member Data and Network Member Data, and you have some control over what information is displayed on your profile page. For example, you can choose not to display your birthdate, age, and gender.
In your privacy settings, you can limit access to your profile page. For example, you can choose to have your profile page viewable by all members or "only friends".
Regardless of the above, the Network Creator and designated administators will continue to have access to your information for as long as you remain a member of our site.
If you wish, you may discontinue being a member of our site by selecting "Leave Catch 22 Harper Conservatives Campaign" from your profile settings.
Information Security
Our site is hosted on the Ning Platform in the United States, and by using our site you consent to the transfer of your personal information to the United States, where data protection and privacy laws may not be equivalent to those of your jurisdiction.
