Congratulations to the NDP's Randall Garrison on his victory in Esquimalt-Juan de Fuca. We want to thank Conservation Voters of BC for their efforts on the ground and for providing us with decisive information to help Catch 22 make the correct recommendation.

Hi Marcia,

I'll happily vote swap with you. I am a Green supporter in EJDF who is willing to vote NDP in return for you voting Green. Send me an email (by clicking on my name and Adding me as a Friend) if you want to chat about this more.

Thanks!

Marcia,

I think pretty well everyone in this group will be voting NDP. I'm not sure how that helps you though.

To all Green supporters in Esquimalt-Juan de Fuca, I haven't succeeded in pairing with anyone through pairvote.ca, so here's my last-ditch attempt to find a way to make my vote count.  I'm in Vancouver East, which is probably the safest NDP riding in the country, so I'm willing to vote Green if a Green supporter agrees to vote NDP in the way more important swing riding of Esquimalt.  This way your Green vote will still be counted in the overall vote totals (as will my NDP vote), and we can work together to defeat the Conservatives.

Here are some links if you want to see how safe Vancouver East really is:

Hats off to Guy Dauncey for changing his endorsement from Szpak to Garrison in Esquimalt Juan de Fuca.

From http://www.earthfuture.com/econews/default.asp :

For Esquimalt Juan de Fuca, I am changing my previous recommendation and urging everyone to support Randall Garrison (NDP). I think of myself as a loyal person once I have pledged my support, but it has become very clear that Lillian Szpack (Liberal) cannot win this seat (I'm sorry, Lillian!), and Randall is our best and only chance to stop the Conservative being elected. The latest riding specific poll shows Randall (34.5%) to be trailing 7 points behind the Conservative (40%), with 15% voting Liberal and 9% Green, so if you were thinking of voting Liberal or Green, can I urge you to switch, as I have done?

Sorry Wendy, there is no reply in this group. That comment was directed at M Clarke not you.

I am not blinded,I was sharing with this group another site, stopthesplit that has been posted on CRUSH.I want to read all the info that is out there about our riding.

They are all verifiably wrong as no local polling has been done and the site insinuates that there has been. Not to mention the fact that in this riding it has Lillian so far in the lead it claims to "vote freely", whereas every single other strategic voting website currently has it at "too close to call". Stop letting the fact that you support Lillian blind you.
Comment by M Clarke on April 23, 2011 at 2:56am
Is there a single riding where you can document that stopthesplit has the wrong alternative to Harper in the lead ? It may be hasty and he may be drawing conclusions from weird places but so far none are verifiably wrong.
