This is a riding that could easily switch from Liberal to Conservative this election.  The nature of the area has been changing as speculators have been tearing down all of the affordable housing and putting up McMansions for the very rich to either move into or move their kids into.  Joe Volpe has held it for over 20 years but with a steadily decreasing margin.  The split in the vote between Liberal and NDP is all it would take for Joe Oliver's well financed campaign to win.
